The delivery date options are provided at the point of checkout. Prior to the despatch of your goods, you may cancel your order, however, we will no longer be able to cancel any orders after the 16th of December. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot accept a return/cancellation due to the nature of the products being fresh food.
A change or cancellation request may be given by telephoning our office on 01676 532681. In the event of an order change, we will acknowledge receipt of your change request and credit or debit your payment method with your permission. In the event of a cancellation, we will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation and refund the card account on which the goods were purchased.
